Privacy, Terms, and Refund Policy

How Warsi India World Travel handles traveler information, booking conditions, and cancellations for tours across India.

Privacy: We collect only the traveler identification, passport details, and reservation records needed to plan, confirm, and operate your itinerary. These records are stored securely, shared only with the transport, hotel, and ground partners required for your trip, and never sold. You may request access to or correction of your details by contacting us directly. Terms: Tours are organized group and private itineraries with approximately 20 travelers per group package. Itineraries, including Golden Triangle (78605), Explore India (78606), and Masala Honeymoon (78600), describe planned airport transfers within India, transportation, hotels, and three daily meals. Honeymoon destinations remain to be finalized and will be confirmed in writing before booking. Schedules may be adjusted for safety, weather, or local conditions. Refunds and changes: Deposit handling, cancellation windows, and itinerary alterations are confirmed at the time of booking. Refund amounts follow the cancellation date and the stage of your reservation, as set out in the booking confirmation.

Booking and payment functionality is configured separately. Until it is live, reservation requests are handled by our coordination team, who will confirm all terms before any deposit is taken.
